Every machining process is different. That is why we continuously provide all service technicians in our factory with versatile training in special courses. With comprehensive knowledge in the areas of process technology, mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and control software, they are generalists who are equipped for all challenges - with comprehensive and simultaneously specific knowledge in every single area. After a service call, the respective service technician becomes the personal contact for all questions such as spare parts deliveries, preventive maintenance, for retrofitting and modernisation of a system

Our service team is there to train you in the areas of machine operation, process technology, preventive maintenance and special priority topics. We individually structure our training to match your application. Our application engineers carefully prepare each training course to ensure it is tailored to perfectly meet your needs. Practical training courses can be held either at our premises, at your site, or online. Our experienced training team delivers a coherent theory program and takes a hands-on approach to the functionality of our machines – and everything else you need to know about them. Whether explaining the basic functions and correct use of the software – and how to program it – our training courses cover all of the issues that are important in practice. On site, at your premises or online.
