stoba is top!
2021, stoba was awarded the Top 100 seal for the second time and congratulated on its success with a digital laudation. The jury, led by science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar, recognized stoba's sustainable innovation performance and unanimously praised the "innovation-promoting top management" and the "climate of innovation”.
stoba is always breaking new ground with and for its customers. Philippe Schwenger, the managing director of stoba Precision Technology in Backnang, the largest of the company's seven locations, emphasizes: "We grow through innovations." They are the vital pulse of the entire company. The managing director encourages his employees to always think outside the box. He says they are curious tinkerers and extremely tech-savvy. "We are not satisfied until we have solved a problem with our customers," Schwenger says.

On June 24, the two managing directors Gerhard Firlbeck (COO stoba Group) and Christian Peschke (Managing Director stoba Precision Technology in Backnang), once again received the TOP100 Award for special innovative strength. The ceremonial presentation by science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar took place in Frankfurt and was moderated by long-time daytime news anchor Linda Zervakis. Following the 2020 and 2021 awards, this is the third time in a row that stoba has been among the 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany - a great success.
After a majority of all events were canceled in 2020 due to the Corona crisis, a number of trade fairs were held again this year in which stoba also participated. With stands at a total of five different trade fairs, stoba Customized Machinery and stoba e-Systems were able to present their products and services to trade visitors and make valuable contacts.
