What you'll do
- You record high-quality results and create trend analyses.
- You are responsible for maintaining quality standards through in-process production and approval of finished products.
- You will participate in internal audits of the quality system and be responsible for the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
- You take over the provision of work instructions / procedures / test sheets.
- You are responsible for the creation of quality documentation and quality checks by (CMM, roughness and contour).
- You will take over the correspondence and troubleshooting with customers as well as the execution of root cause analyses for customer complaints.
- You use manual gauges such as calibers, micrometers, discontinued devices, DIA tests and altimeters.
- You support activities to comply with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
- You maintain a clean work area and observe all safety procedures.
What you need to bring
- You have the ability to accomplish multiple tasks and shift priorities.
- You have the ability to read and interpret prints and drawings.
- You have knowledge and experience with PPAP processes and experience with metric systems.
- You are looking forward to learning coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and other measuring methods and operating them.
- You have good oral and written communication skills and are reliable and punctual.
- You have the ability to manage and lead professional employees to achieve goals.
- Ideally, you already have experience as a quality assurance technician.
- Ideally, you have know-how and previous knowledge: 5S, Ishikawa diagrams.
