We are looking for a colleague to join our team as a Team Leader who will find the dynamic automotive environment a challenge :-)

• Leading a small team of people.
• Working with the team and individuals - motivation, satisfaction, problem solving, development etc.
• Overseeing adherence to set targets and daily production.
• Working closely with process engineers and production management.
• Setting standards and targets in safety, quality, on-time delivery, material handling and labour productivity in collaboration with the company management.

• A high school/SOU degree in a technical field.
• Enthusiasm for working with people and the ability to motivate them.
• You know how to evaluate work performance and build team spirit.
• You have at least 5 years of people management experience, ideally in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in CNC manufacturing will be an advantage for you.
• You have a proactive and positive approach to work and want to see results behind you.
