We train all our service technicians in our factory and in special training courses, continuously and in a particularly versatile way. Because the special machining processes of our customers require comprehensive knowledge in the areas of process technology, mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and control software. Our technicians are both generalists and specialists and are therefore prepared for any challenge.
After a service visit, the respective service technician becomes your personal contact for all questions such as spare parts supply, preventive maintenance, retrofitting and modernization of your plant.
Remote maintenance – quick help in case of malfunction
The fastest way to get help is via the Internet: Via a secure VPN connection, our service technicians set up a connection to the control system of the machine. Within seconds, our system shows us a detailed image of your plant – worldwide, around the clock. 90% of all inquiries can be clarified quickly this way.
In addition, we can help your staff to write new user programs via the VPN connection. The VPN already pays for itself after a single service call. And even if an on-site service visit is necessary, it may happen that our service technician needs support from our programmers – remote maintenance helps here as well.
