Key Account Manager – Automotive (m/f/d)

We are looking for a technically proficient colleague to join our sales team as a Key Account Manager.
Don't expect a corporation, expect a company where change happens and "can't" is not the answer.

• Mainly communicate - daily by phone or in writing with our key multinational customers.
• You will become the voice of the customer within our company. Your goal will be to build and strengthen strong partnerships with the biggest players in our industry.
• You will process customer requests in our information system (MS NaVision).
• You will prepare documents for logistics and clearance of our shipments and arrange shipments.
• You will be involved in tenders.
• You will analyse and evaluate data and report regularly to the Supply Chain Manager.

• Do you have a min. High school education in technical or economic field and experience of min. 5 years in a similar position.
• You speak English or German without any problems.
• You have excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with key customers.
• You can work with binding deadlines and are not afraid to take responsibility.
• You have an excellent analytical mindset and can work on a highly customer-oriented level.
• You are flexible and willing to travel from time to time.
• You have a proactive approach to work with an eye for detail.
