Process Engineer (m/f/d)
What you will do:
- Be responsible for the beat / tool cost accounting and equipment investment accounting in the early stage of new products.
- Responsible for new product process development
- Responsible for the development of new product tools / fixtures / tooling
- Responsible for the selection of new products and equipment
- Responsible for the development of new products and process turnover containers
- Responsible for the preparation of PFMEA and CP
- Assist in process optimization / problem solving of mass production projects
- Assist in the company system / third-party audit
What skills you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years work experience in machining company
- Familiar with turning, grinding and CNC machine, etc.
- Familiar with IATF16949
- Good ability of planning, execution, communication and coordination
- Familiar with ISO 1101&ASME Y14.5M etc.
- Work independently, proactively and strategically
