Safety, innovation, team spirit: stoba Brno is looking for new colleagues

Working at stoba is characterized by two things in particular: Innovative technologies and a strong team spirit. This is also the case at our Czech site in Brno. Especially in production, the company is currently looking for support. Here, most of the machines run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as David Čadík, Head of Production, explains: "Our task is to ensure that all parts meet 100% of the quality requirements and satisfy the minimum tolerances and optical demands of our customers. For this demanding production, we are looking for dedicated people who are willing to learn new things and always develop themselves further."

The tasks range from controlling the CNC machines and performing high-precision measurements to activities in machine setup and maintenance. "Every day is different and offers new challenges and solutions," is how application engineer Luboš Kadlec sums it up. Christoph Herms, Managing Director of the stoba site in Brno, adds: "Some of our machines are unique worldwide and can only be found at our site. That makes the work very exciting. We are also a very dynamic team with a good mix of young, creative minds and colleagues who have been with us for decades and have a wealth of experience. This is the basis for us to grow continuously and offer secure jobs despite various crises and the fast-moving, international environment in which we operate."

Regardless of the area of assignment, working at stoba in Brno also offers a wide range of company benefits. Hiring bonus for new employees

Because in addition to the new job, a recruitment bonus of 25,000 crowns also awaits new colleagues in these areas. "Those who start with us in the next six months will receive the first part of this bonus with their first salary, the second part after successful completion of the probationary period, and the third part after another three months," explains Simona Nezvalová, HR Generalist at the site. "In this way, we want to show future employees our appreciation for their decision to join stoba and their corresponding commitment."

Applications can be submitted via the job postings on our job portal. After the application has been reviewed, the candidate is invited to an interview, which is also attended by the potential supervisor. Normally, a decision is then made within a few days, so that work can start as early as the beginning of the next month. "We look forward to welcoming new colleagues to our teams," says Simona Nezvalová.
